Students across the partnership are happy, friendly and well-behaved and are at the heart of everything we do. Both staff and students are ambitious and confident.  Students and staff warmly welcome trainee teachers and recognise their valuable contribution to the school community. Successful trainees will go on to take up their first teaching post in a Teach Maidenhead school wherever possible, with opportunities for further professional development and rapid career progression where appropriate.
